A Chance to Become A Member of Encounter Ministries

This course walks you through what it means to be a member of Encounter Ministries. We will cover who we are, what we believe, and how that applies to you as a believer. We are excited for you to partner with us!

  • Doctrines and Beliefs

    Here at Encounter Ministries, we encourage active Christianity. What I mean by this is that we not only believe the doctrines of the faith, but we walk out Christian lifestyles. In this eCourse, you will learn our statement of faith, standard of membership, and much more!

  • Community Culture

    Those who have been to Encounter Ministries will tell you, that we have a culture of community. In modern society with technology and COVID-19, it's easy to feel secluded and alone, but not here at Encounter Ministries!

  • Standard of Membership

    Once you enroll, I encourage you to look at our standard of membership. As a member of Encounter Ministries, you will be required to live a holy and set apart lifestyle. We don't require you to be perfect to join, but we do require you to start living for Jesus once you do.

I love how this membership course lays out the full statement of faith in a way that makes you fully consider every part and decide if you're ready to be fully committed to upholding it as a lifestyle. It causes you to ask yourself, "Am I ready to commit to walking it out and not just saying yes to membership because I like the people?". There is a weight to it, a deep consideration that goes way beyond joining some kind of exclusive club. I hope everyone who decides to go through this course takes the time to deeply contemplate what it means to live by the tenets they are charged to uphold.

  • If I am a returning student, how do I log in?

    All you have to do is click the "I already have an account button" on the "create an account" page.

  • How do I login to a course I'm already enrolled in?

    The easiest way to log in to a course is to go to ecc.thinkific.com. Then, click "Sign In" at the top of the page in the upper right-hand corner. If you are already signed in, click "My Dashboard."

  • If I have already viewed a lesson in a course, can I go back to it?

    Yes, of course! As long as the course you are taking does not have an ending date, then anytime you would like to view a course you have already taken you will have access to it in your student dashboard on ecc.thinkific.com.

  • Can I turn off my weekly reminders for the courses I am enrolled in?

    Yes, to do that you have to log in to your student account and select your name on the top right. Then, in the dropdown menu, select "My Account." Upon doing this, you will see "Notifications" on the left. Click "Notifications" and then uncheck the box to the left of the description to stop receiving those notifications. Finally, click "Save Changes."
